Connecting with our ancesors. We will meet at the Center. From there we will spend about an hour going for a short walk in the rocks (dress comfortably, bring water) Then we will go back to center to do the healing movement activities and soundbath with the soundbowls. Snacks would be provided. 10-1:30pm.-
